Remote assistance was probably the most exciting discovery made in the field of repair of equipment. But the remote assistance was not always did it equipment repair service. My computer repair service extended up to five cities and tensioned to a few kilometers.
Take care of my clients requires getting in my car and drive there. I spent obscene amounts on the gas and too long to reach my customers homes. They must also take all my tools with me, from virus removal software operating systems. A whole bag was dedicated to all my software tools.

With my main computer I could see the desktop of other equipment. I could control it as if they are sitting right in front of him! The feeling of excitement was immense, as an increase in adrenaline running through my body. I started with simple things, like open folders and see some pictures. But then I got online and check my email using the other team. Everything you need to repair a team, whether it is a virus or damaged software, would be able to be repaired by means of remote assistance.
Make a test with remote assistance in Windows Vista from someone control equipment, follow these steps, using two teams. Each one needs to be connected to the Internet.
1 Go to start > Help and support.
2. Click on the link in "use remote assistance in Windows to get help from a friend or offer help."
3. Click on the link "invite someone that confidence that will help you to"
4. Click on the link "Save this invitation as a file"
5. Now you need to choose a password for the file of invitation you are creating. They do something safe, but easy to remember. Type your desired password, and then confirm the password.
6. Click "Finish".
The file is now saved. Default, the file had foster on his desk, he had called "Invitation". Now send the file to the Assistant team. To do this, send it by email as attachments, in the same way to send an image.
Team Assistant, follow these steps:
1 Download the file of "Invitation" that sent the team of Assistant and open it.
2. A small pop-up window asked the password that the user (a be helped) done. Enter the password.
3. A full-screen window will open.
Won't be nothing yet because the team that helped the needs to give permission to the team of Assistant to connect. After the support team gave the password and opened the window remote assistance, the team who helped to have a dialog box appears saying "would you like to allow 'sender' to connect to your computer?".
4. Click on "Yes".
Assistant team can now see everything on the desktop of other equipment. But the team of the Assistant is still not in control. For this team to gain control:
5. Click on the "Request Control" button at the top of the remote assistance window. The team that helped to will have a dialog box open, saying "do you would like to allow 'Assistant name' to share control of your desktop?".
6. Click on "Yes".
Assistant team now, not only can see the desktop of the other computer, but control it! The team that is still being helped can control their own desktop and can disconnect the remote assistance connection at any time by pressing the ESC key on the keyboard.
Remote assistance is truly incredible. Now I can perform service of repair of equipment without driving miles, eat up gas. Here's the best part: not limited to where you can work. You can repair nationwide teams. Perhaps even worldwide! Why is so surprising remote assistance. If you have never used remote assistance before, now is the time to try!
