The difference between desktop, laptop and notebook computers

So what is the difference between a desktop computer, a laptop computer and a laptop? What are the good and bad of each qualities? What should I buy?

All these are issues that may be wondering. I created this post in order to respond to relevant questions about desktop, laptops.

Desktops are much larger and heavier than laptops and notebooks. Usually store more information and have more functions than other types of equipment. Having said that, that they usually stay at home and are not for transport fast. Also, computers tend to have all their pieces in different pieces. the main "brain" of the computer is linked to the screen, power supply (it has no drums) and keyboard and mouse through cables. While desktops are older and not portable, many are faster and easier to work with.

While popular with students and businessmen, laptops have great qualities that anyone can enjoy. Laptops are not normally equipped with graphics cards and tend to have a smaller, more compact keyboard. They are ideal for tasks, assignments, documents and forms. The main purpose of a notebook is a feature. It is not so much a medium of entertainment which is a project manager.

What are the good and bad of each qualities?

Computers desktop - good qualities:

** designed for heavy use and large capacity

** ideal for the family of home office team

** easy to use for the majority of the people

Computers desktop - bad qualities:

** not portable

** they can occupy much space

Laptops - good qualities:

** portable and easy to set up

** compact yet capable of playing multimedia (videos, games)

** You can replace a domestic team

Laptops - bad qualities:

** It may be heavy if necessary for constant portability

** the battery isn't always very long (depending on what you are doing)

** You can get bogged down

Laptops - good qualities:

** very light and easy to move by

** ideal for small presentations and documentation

** ideal for classroom or workplace environments

** long battery life

Laptops - bad qualities:

** not for the needs of graphics (video games)

** not great for multitasking

What should I buy?

This choice depends on what is going to use the computer for. If plans to keep it at home all the time and the need for an easy to use and efficient device, a desktop computer is the best choice. If it is necessary to take it to meetings but they must also be able to create graphic presentations intricate therein, a laptop is the perfect decision. If your student and need to take notes and assignments of tasks down, is a powerful portable little up the alley.
