Most of us spend half of our days in the team. Team stress relief must therefore be an important part of our daily routine.
Undisputed stress can cause health problems. Do you think you will get shoulder pain if you sit in front of the computer for too long?
Get headaches or be bad tempered if it gets "lost" in what he is doing and find that it has lost half of its day?
Team stress relief
The following team stress relief techniques will go to somehow alleviate this tension:
1 Get comfortable
Do the comfortable now reading this?
This is important. Remember that most of us spend half our days in front of the computer. How comfortable are now are a reflection of how comfortable is for most of the day.
If you're in an Office, your employer needs to do legally more comfortable. And this is not only for their own profits. A study in the 20th century by Maslow (hierarchy of needs) showed that productivity increases when you have good working conditions.
So talk to the Department of health or HR and get a comfortable chair, desk, etc.
If you are at home, again make sure that you have a workstation clean, comfortable and relaxing. It will relieve the tension.
Plants and crystals are also wonderful for getting rid of the toxins which help in relieving the tension of team. Plants that are (according to research conducted by NASA!):
or English Ivy
or spider plants
or Dracaena
or Boston ferns
or figs (ficus benjanmina)
2 Take regular breaks
When I'm working online or on my computer always I take regular breaks.
The internet is addictive. Setting up alarm every hour, get up and stretch your legs from team stress relief.
We can obtain lying on the internet both by putting the team in waiting as soon as your alarm sounds (don't lose any information in this way or the need to close all programs) have a break.
3 Get outside
Breathe fresh air as often as possible. Take a break for ten minutes every hour and go and breathe the fresh air.
4 Updated teams
If the team is really slow or it still fails, this can be very stressful. If things are slow, instead of getting upset, practise breathing deep. Breath for a count of four, hold the breath for a count of 4 and serve for a count of 4. Do the slow pace of the teams working for their benefit.
But try to upgrade your computer if it is really old. Mine bought 2 years ago, a top of the range computer and still is really fast. Therefore don't need to do it often but still makes a real difference.
5. Copy of your information
I had a problem with my computer last year. I thought that I had lost all my personal documents. This definitely gave me an incentive to back up my stuff.
I give a Council really well to save you money on repairs and much stress. If the computer stops working correctly or some stops software work from one day to the next for some reason try this.
1. Go to start / all programs, accessories, and System Tools/System Restore.
2. Choose a date when your computer worked properly
3. Don't lose any information - this leads to the settings but not change your personal information.
4 Hey presto team should work now
I tried this when my system crashed. I have tried everything but nothing worked. I thought it was a virus but it was because he had deleted a file.
Try if crashes the team - you have nothing to lose (but remember that I am not a specialist and this is just advice...)
6 Learn the basics
If they really do not know how to use a computer then you register in a computer course. Of course using a team it will be stressful if you don't know what you're doing.
I was born in a generation where was using and playing with computers at an early age. But many of the previous generation do not have that facility with equipment. That does not mean that you can not learn, only means that you worth looking for a specialist and learn the basics.
7 Cultivate patience and focus
Keep breathing deeply, they have regular breaks and be nice to yourself - 3 o'clock in the morning and only went to look a couple of emails to turn the computer off.
The teams are a great way to cultivate patience and focus. Establish the intention of what you want to do before you turn on the computer. Do what your intention was the first. And try not to get distracted. If you do, be kind and return to what it focuses on.
